-Resolve daily operation / incident / services issues and perform remedial actions.-Responsible for technical support team with maximum efficiency to ensure continuous availability and high stability.-Collaborate with sales and presales teams in order to understand the overall scope of work and deliverables of the Enhanced projects -Effectively communicate with customer in order to understand their requirements, to advise the project cycle, and to discuss and confirm customer's acceptance criteria-Newly install equipment or chaning, demolite equipement for service quality.-Managing deliver international circuit to service to customer quickly.-Communicate clear instructions to team members

• 5~10 Years of experience in delivery/maintenance/customer support including network/internet/collocation/cloud/other ICT relevant services • Technical knowledge and experiences of design/delivery/maintenance of the global/demestic network and datacenter solutioin• Technical knowledge of IP network/WAN/LAN/Firewalls/servers/security products• Certification holder with Cisco/Microsoft/Oracle/Juniper/etc. would be highly advantageous• ÀϾî/¿µ¾î °¡´ÉÀÚ (¿ì´ë)
