Job Title: ASPAC Regional Digital IT Business Analyst / Contractor Contract Type : Direct Contractor(Fixed-term; 1 year) Contract Period : 1 year
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• A key IT resource working at the intersection of Marketing and Technology within B2B and B2C• A subject matter expert in global and local digital ecosystems across ASPAC• Working closely with global, local, IT and marketing teams throughout project lifecycle – design, build, test and run• Gathering business requirements, creating user stories with acceptance criteria, nurturing and translating them to technical specifications• Generating business process descriptions and use cases which document business needs• Supporting change and incident management within above-market solutions• Contributing to ideation of digital opportunities with market and user insights• Interacting with suppliers and agencies and getting the best from them
Essential requirements• 5+ years of demonstrable business analysis experience in digital projects – B2B/B2C• Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Web Portals, Mobile Applications, eCRM, eCommerce, Digital Analytics, eMail Marketing• Experience of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods• Self-starter able to work with limited guidance and comfortable with ambiguity• Creative, able to work in a matrix fast paced environment and plan/manage time accordingly• Fluent in both technology and business language• Team player• Strong facilitation and influencing skills• Strong analytical mind valuing insights over raw data• High curiosity quotient with excellent interviewing, questioning and information gathering skills• Ability to speak and write clearly, simply and concisely Desirable requirements:• Degree in Information Technology, Business or related area• Familiar with UX methods, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Customer Journey Mapping• JIRA experience• Expert on trends, landscape and technology solutions English Proficiency : • High level in English, Native Korean – Verbal and written
